Even though the president dare not say anything or he will be accused of passing the blame, when he has actually taken responsibility for everything numerous times, the blame goes to the orange man. He just gave a short speech and did say, Which my predecessor purposely destroyed." That is one of the few things the previous one accomplished. Being able to bash the president before you and the president after you.

It was another good speech and he is the one who is supposed to have the speech impediment? I heard an articulate speaker using full sentences and staying on topic instead of jumping all over the place. I love his calm demeanor rather than the yelling around and insults of the former one. I also like how he described complementing our allies when he spoke with them earlier today rather than being disrespectful like the previous one. A lot of good things about this president.
