The 'Republiqan' plan is to restrict the ability of ALL citizens to vote. If THAT is taken away, the 'right' of any 'citizen' (people that are ENTITLED to the right to vote based on the CONSTITUTION!) then we have violated the basic premise of the US CONSTITUTION - the very thing that we fought for to make our country!
