🚨DOJ Fresh Filing🚨 On Capitol Riot Atty John Pierce. Is JP...
- On a "vent, non-responsive," with Covid?
- "suffering from exhaustion & dehydration"
- "been in an accident"
Was Pierce's unlicensed, criminally indicted colleague, dishonest with a federal judge? (more after jump)

(9,195 posts)At best, this guy is a clerk, and seems to be practicing law without a license a license hes unlikely to get judging by the two felony counts, and the unlicensed practice.

(957 posts)but it certainly isn't clear, and acting without supervision of a licensed attorney who is alive and functional is a problem.

(21,611 posts)on the grounds of inadequate council. Pierce i'm sure told Marshall to go in there and play himself off as a "lawyer", in the hopes that when his clients, who has no prayer of getting off, are convicted they can buy them time by forcing a retrial. Pierce bit off way more than he can chew with these MAGAts and now he is desperate.
But the US Attorney didn't fall for it. hence their pointing out their "concern" that Pierce's clients aren't being adequately represented. Their memo may as well say "We would like the court to make sure these shitbags can't use Pierce's absence to get out of prison. Please make sure when they get convicted that it sticks."
