If we stayed in Vietnam as we did in Afghanistan, we would of been there until the 80s.

Lucky, we withdrawal over time, as the same plan we tried with Afghanistan. Differences was the South Vietnam government, fought to the very end. Afghanistan Government we trained to support themselves, threw down their freedom.
