The question is whether we have the fortitude to do whatever it takes to prevent what happened in Afghanistan from happening here.

4. We are not Afghanistan. Americans as a whole are sensible. We did elect Joe Biden. A vast

majority also voted for Hillary over TFG. Technicalities (a rigged SCOTUS, gerrymandering, voter suppression laws, etc.) can be dealt with sensibility and the courage of conviction. We have both of those in my view. It is a matter of time; no doubt, some will suffer and pay a price in the meantime but good sense and goodwill will prevail in the long run.
