Allen West's Wife cleared in DUI arrest

Just in terms of fairness I thought I would put this story up. The blood test came back negative for alcohol and drugs. The charges were dropped.
The police don't always get it right.

EVER ... does not preclude the possibility that black people are pulled over MORE often, as a % of times their suspicious driving is observed by police.

Your syllogism is invalid is what I'm saying.

Also, I would bet that the % of time that black people are pulled over and charged for DUI (which she was at the time) which are then later released for lack of evidence ... is higher vs. how often that happens with white people.

IOW, when it comes to actually arresting people for DWI, I bet they 'get it wrong' more often with black drivers than white ones.

That if this happened to another black lady and her test came back the same, he would probably be defending the police. You would think that this incident would open his eyes.
