For Putnam and Orange until 1am. Stay safe. Tornado on the ground near New Rochelle.

About warnings in CT yet.

... but I think his building is up high enough, and he's on the 4th floor so they should be OK. The East River doesn't usually flood, does it? I thought most of the flooding happens on the southern tip of Manhattan.
It sucks to be homeless and sleeping in an abandoned subway tunnel though.

I'm at 30 feet and its all downhill from here to the ocean. Not sure how we could have a flash flood.
