What does it cost to hire a woman to produce a child as a surrogate? Whatever that is- how about

Last edited Wed Sep 1, 2021, 10:36 PM - Edit history (1)

suing the State of Texas ( or any other state that goes this route) for the going amount for forcing the woman to produce a child against her will?

Or sue the supplier of the sperm?

And how about women start suing for pain and suffering risk of death along with the currently mostly unpaid work of child production? But surrogates get paid, there must be a standard price range charged.

I think that the defense mode has not worked.

I want to go offensive, as that is what these people only seem to respond to.

Looking for surrogates. The money was not small.

that forcing women to produce a child will cost them say $85 k a child…..would their tune change? And then the state will need to raise the child? Why isn’t the state subject to damages for all this?
