2. It doesn't work that way. Someone who suspects someone else of helping a woman

get an abortion can sue that person for $10K in court in a private lawsuit. There isn't a reporting system to flood with false claims; you have to sue somebody, which means you'd have to go to court with at least some evidence that the person you are suing assisted a women to get an abortion. In order to "flood the system" with false claims, there would have to be a lot of false claims against the good guys - the helpers.

It was pretty clear that would be easy to do nowadays with internet, better travel, etc. Obviously, best to avoid that unnecessary junk — where good people get harmed— but it will certainly happen if courts don’t get involved.
