is that the "bounty" is paid by the person being sued, not the state.

The Uber driver taking the woman to the clinic is sued by the crazy anti-abortion person. Uber driver loses in court. Uber driver has to pay the $10,000 plus legal costs to the crazy one.

This is how they have gotten around the Federal Courts. It's not being done by the State of Texas.

Sick.
