We now live in a Christian theocracy. Can we say Sharia Law by another name?

I say if Christians want to cry persecution, let's give them a reason. Let's outlaw them. There's plenty of reasons! They're anti-democratic, and way too many are pedophiles. Any other institution would have been shut down by now. Instead, they get tax breaks from -us-! Enough. Ban them as enemies of State!

We need a robust law protecting women’s health. We barely have a majority. I get it. I’m saying I don’t give a damn. We need our elected representatives to do what’s right and to protect basic human rights. Expanding the Supreme Court is distasteful? Not to me. Hiding behind the old saw that we can’t pass the ERA? So be it. But if those remedies will not be considered, a law must be. I’m prepared to engage in a pressure campaign. This monstrous game has gone on my entire adult life. Enough.

Thats the absolute insanity of all this. MAGAs are vehement that elections are stolen from them and they are the victims. The reality is the exact opposite. The electoral college, supreme court, Senate system, rigged districts give them twice the power they should have.

What a bizarro world where the ones who benefit from minority rule actually are ready to "shed blood" because they think they are the oppressed.

More voters were onto him the second time. Something he can’t bear to face. So he lies. His biggest target of all those lies is HIMSELF.

This isn't Freedom to choose, but IT IS how the rule of law works in this constitutional democratic republic, no matter how much we disagree with it and I absolutely fucking do disagree with this law. Properly and legally elected officials crafted this heinous garbage law, and it was signed by the piece of shit governor Abbot. The scumbag christians wingnutters on the SC didnt strike it down as inconsistent with the constitutional principles that a person can choose what medical procedures they want to elect to use, which is a wrong ruling on their part, BUT it was done according to the traditions and standards of the court.

Just because there is law doesn't make the US, as currently governed, democratic.

It is legal, but does not democratically represent the people.

replacement of SCOTUS justices on a regular basis, rotating by party. Now it's all a matter of luck. When there is a retirement or death, that timing gives advantage to whoever is in office.
