How they targeted people most likely to vote Democratic. Best example: super-predator, that Hillary called black youth super-predators advocating for the 1994 Crime bill and was therefore racist and responsible for mass incarceration. People like Colin Kaepernick didn't vote because he believed this lie and if both sides are racist, why bother.

Nobody bothered to fact check! The press, pretty much everybody thought it was true.* The reality is that the word was coined in 1995 referring to gang violence and Hillary used it in a 1996 press conference about the mob, drug cartels, and gangs. Nothing to do with the crime bill or race. This is not hard to research. Russia is so good at propaganda.

It contributed to Trump's "Crooked Hillary" and the "I don't trust her" thing. Voters in swing states heard these things and Googled, up popped sources promoting the propaganda.

*And nobody bothered to check that someone who voted for the 1994 Crime bill and promoted the Hillary-is-racist lie said about the bill: "It is my firm belief that clearly there are people in our society who are horribly violent, who are deeply sick and sociopathic and clearly these people must be put behind bars in order to protect society from them." That was actually about the crime bill and what's the difference between sociopaths who should be thrown in jail and super-predators?
