Be a Hippa laws violation. So, couldn't a bounty hunter faces charges and lawsuits too? Could that be used to stop the bounty hunters exposing. Women's pregnancy and procedure history?

(17,003 posts)The Privacy Rule, a Federal law, gives you rights over your health information and sets rules and limits on who can look at and receive your health information. The Privacy Rule applies to all forms of individuals' protected health information, whether electronic, written, or oral.
HIPPA says you can get copies of your medical records, you can request they correct them if you find an error, and you have the right to know who has seen them.
