Will the newest draconian Tx law shift demographics even further in

two decades? Will births in Texas become more lopsided toward poorer minorities? We can certainly expect Texas to become poorer as it will be more difficult for a family to increase wealth if they have too many accidental pregnancies.

Thoughts?

If they could made an exception for women of color, they would. They just want more precious white babies.
