Texas- so is each miscarriage a potential homicide investigation?

Will there be murder charges filed against the mother or will the rich white men of Texas just be happy collecting $10k?
If a woman can’t pay $10k?
Will Texas allow the bounty hunters to remain anonymous to the woman?
Won’t the bounty hunters be invading privacy rights?
If the woman has the procedure out of state, does the bounty still apply?

Sure seems like it opens up a Pandora’s box of violations against a woman’s civil rights.

2. Isn't the woman the only party safe?

It's everyone else - the cab driver, the family member, the store clerk who sold something, etc. that can be sued.
Going after the woman isn't allowed, that would be too easy. Gotta make it more painful for everyone, destroy her life by suing everyone who was around her in the 7 days prior and 7 days after the miscarriage who may have played a part.

will be violated and part of a public record--even if she never had an abortion or suffered (and is grieving) a spontaneous miscarriage at home. Plus she will see the lives of all those friends/colleagues somehow accused of assisting face economic hardship trying to mount a legal defense against those accusations, fees for which they can not recoup, even if the case is thrown out. If, as would be necessary, she sees her ob/gyn after such a spontaneous miscarriage he/she too may face these empowered vigilantes in court. Quite naturally after a few such cases, her ability to find someone to see her is going to get more difficult despite the dedication of physicians in the area.

Safe? I don't think so.

isn’t that a form of abortion. 90% of males of a certain age spill their seed
( biblical nonsense) the other 10% are liars .That seed is potential life simply
wasted. Has to be somebody that can make a case against fake misogynistic
scum.

3. Bounties are against providers and facilitators.

The woman can still have a miscarriage or abortion, just no one can help her or face civil suit from some anonymous jackass who wants an easy $10kby going after any OB GYN, nurse, midwife, woman's clinic, or hospital - or heck, even someone who occasionally parks a car outside a woman's clinic while visiting a friend in apartments next door.
The person making the suit doesn't even have to personally know someone who had an abortion, just camp out near the office or clinic and collect pictures and licence plate numbers to trace over the internet. Once they find a likely woman, they sue the clinic for providing her with an abortion. Or the Uber driver who took her there.
All they have to tell the court is that she went into the clinic looking pregnant and then she didn't look pregnant a couple weeks later along with the fact there was no new little bundle of joy with her, so they have every right to think she had an abortion.

It's sanctioned non-judicial harrassment by "private citizen vigilantes", and Texas RtL (Right to Lie) is using this "law" to make bank for sponsors, lobby efforts, and Board members by abusing the court system in Texas.

This "law" makes money for theocratic grifters as well as keeping poor and working class women in their place.

With only a bit of time and maybe a couple hundred to pay some bleach-blonde wanna-be-queen-bee to pretend to be looking for women's health care and then file paperwork at the county courthouse, they can make an easy $10k or more.

I wonder how much that Texas Right to Lie bounty hotline provider to skim off the top from any potential filing they make before they pay out the bounty to their tipster. I'll be surprised if anyone snitching on their family member's or neighbor's pregnancy problems will see half that bounty paid to them if they use that portal.

Pittsburgh (where I live) has job openings, affordable housing, and it's a pleasantly cool climate compared to Texas. I'm sure these women would be welcomed here if they came to start a new life in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, etc.

In Pittsburgh we have great colleges and universities, highly-rated medical facilities, museums and cultural centers, cool ethnic neighborhoods. And we've got the Steelers, the Penguins, the Pirates! What more could a young, adventurous woman ask for?

I don't think the answer is expecting women to leave everything.

Many women would move given this choice. Having control over the course of your life is worth a lot.
