Texas Law: Let Me Get This Straight

Hypothetically in Texas, a man can rape a woman.

If the woman files no charges but has an abortion, the rapist can sue the woman he raped and if he is successful he can collect a cool $10, 000.

Sorry for the language, but this is just so fucked up.

…and anyone ho helps her obtain an abortion.

I want to know when there is a child support law that makes it mandatory that anyone who can’t obtain an abortion gets paid from six weeks gestation forward till age 18 of the child becoming an adult, support for all medical, food, childcare, housing and education of both mother and child.
