At least 12 New Yorkers, including a 2-year-old boy and an 86-year-old woman, were killed as fast-moving rains from the remnants of Tropical Storm Ida pounded the city, sparking catastrophic flooding, police said Thursday.

All but one of the victims were in basement apartments when they were trapped by rising flood waters between 10 p.m. and midnight Wednesday, authorities said.

The grim death toll includes three bodies found by a landlord floating in a basement on Peck Ave. next to Kissena Park in Queens about 11:40 a.m. Thursday.

The youngest victim overnight was 2-year-old Lobsang Lama, who was found dead inside a home on 64th St. near Laurel Hill Blvd. in Woodside, Queens, about 10 p.m. The child’s 50-year-old dad Ang Lama and 48-year-old mom Mingma Sherpa also died in the flooded basement pad.
