Elijah played music for animals as well as people. He was a lovely soul. He deserved to live!

(9,291 posts)like a wild animal. However without M.D. oversight. They capture wild animals around the world with more consideration. A young man who played the violin for shelter cats. Then need a special prosecutor to make sure someone spoke for the victim, because the one assigned wouldnt. Then the murdering cops went back a month or so later when back to the murder sight and took funny pictures about it.
If this was done to an elephant, that human should fear for the rest of their life.

(42,302 posts)Out of the horror of it all, the fact that EMTs injected him with a killing dose of ketamine for no reason makes me wonder just WTF is going on in Aurora, CO and how many more deaths can be attributed to these killing machines.

(17,862 posts)Versed which is similar ketamine to a suspect who had already been in a chokehold and was unresponsive. It is insane and something medical professionals need to address.
My daughter often has to give drugs to non-compliant patients (she is a mental health nurse). All of these drugs have doctor orders for them though. I got to think at some point one of her patients will die though.
Its unclear from the video why Dallas Fire-Rescue medical responders dont intervene immediately after Timpa loses consciousness.
I was unable to assess the patient due to his combativeness, said one of the first responders in a newly obtained affidavit.
However, the medical responders appear to take Timpas blood pressure while he is still conscious, about five minutes before administering Versed, a powerful sedative. By the time the paramedic gives Timpa the sedative, officers already are questioning if Timpa is awake.
A Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman declined to comment on the paramedics actions, citing the familys pending lawsuit in federal court. The Dallas Police Department also declined to comment.
