It's just... here's the thing guys. I know the @FedSoc seems smart and always two steps ahead of the game. But... they're not smart. They're not geniuses. They're piss ant little bullies who got their feefees hurt because nobody wanted to hang out with them in law school...

What they are is BOLD. The succeed not through deft manipulation of the complex legal system, but through utter disregard for the rules and an insatiable will to power...

They're not the Mission Impossible cat burglar stealing the noc list. They're the guys driving a truck through a window, smashing the jewelry case with a crowbar, and stuffing their pockets with valuables and scampering off before the cops show up.

They can be defeated, but you have to be as BOLD as they are. You have to WANT IT as much as they do. You have to be willing to fight them in the much because they are willing to turn the whole world into a swamp.

You gotta do it "The Chicago Way."

Do it that way, and we'll win, because there are WAY MORE OF US than there are of them.

But fight them with one hand tied behind your back, clutching a rulebook that they've already burnt to a crisp, and we'll lose every time.

Great post. Merrick Garland said we needed an additional 1600 attorneys to fight all this BS.....then hire 1600 attorneys??? Like you said they are not smart....they are showing up. We need to ..... show up!!! Garland needs to go, sorry, but true.
