If the pregnant mother is incarcerated - won't it be illegal to incarcerate the fetus? How about a child tax credit - does the fetus get a child tax credit? How about food stamps - is the fetus eligible for food stamps? How about social security payments if father passes while mother is pregnant - does the fetus have the right to social security payments? Can the fetus get disability benefits or disability insurance? The list is endless.
