The very first provision of the very first amendment in our Bill of Rights mandates the separation of church and state. To me this implies that the president, or anyone else in a position of governmental power, must never assert their personal religious beliefs in fulfillment of their duties.

When we elected Joe Biden to be our nation's president, we did not elect Catholicism to be our nation's faith.
