Hiring a Covid denier or anti-vaxxer is worse than hiring a chain smoker.

I'm just saying, when you're an employer searching for good employees, would you hire someone who is so reckless that they might infect your customers or other employees?

"So, what happened to Bill's customer who put the order in for $23,000 in no return construction supplies?"

"His customer died of Covid and Bill has Long form Covid."

That specific behavior is dangerous to co-workers and customers. And it is always accompanied by general stupidity and toxic personality, which are additional liabilities to the enterprise.

There are legions of defective personalities, compulsive aggressors, and belligerent paranoiacs about, ready to have their own disorders. Oppositional defiance disorder needs to be expanded into a syndrome.
