John Roberts is a scheming rightwing hack

We knew this from the 2000 election anyway.

I noted that while Roberts voted with the liberals regarding the sleazy Texas abortion law, he did NOT join Sotomayor's dissent.

He doesn't disagree with the law, he just voted that way so that the vote couldn't be called a party-line decision. As some have noted, he does have a little concern over "appearances".

crook weasels who operated in the dead of night, or should I say, didn't operate in the dead of night, to snatch Constitutional rights from women.

Just blatant and open, anti-women cruelty.

... I also think that he voted this way to keep Justice Bryer from thinking that the court has been completely overrun by right wing ideologues.

Usually feeling really cynical about these right wing hacks is the way to go...

Amy Phoney Barret and BeerBong Brett were also on war criminal Bush's legal team.

Gorsuck was nominated to the Tenth Circuit in 2006, by Bush.

Quite a reunion, isn't it.

According to this racist asshole, there is no more racial discrimination in the world anymore. Less than 4 hours after this opinion, Texs reinstated the strictist voter id law in the country. Luckily, Rep. Veasey, Chad Dunn and the state party sued and got the law mostly gutted.

Chad just got his judgment for attorneys fees affirmed today

Obviously I could be wrong, but it seems odd. That's why I suspect his motive.

All four Justices who didn't support this ruling wrote their own dissents, Sotomayor, Kagan, Stevens and Roberts.
