Dr. John Cowan set up a mobile vaccine clinic outside of a Marjorie Taylor Greene rally to try and help his fellow Republicans. He joins CNN New Day to tell John Berman how it went.

But then, he's a Republican who ran and lost against Rep. Greene, so he can't be alienating the dumbasses in that district whose votes he wants to get next year.

I, being under no such constraint, will say unreservedly that these people are dumbasses. They're not "vaccine hesitant" or any other mealy-mouthed formulation designed to spare their feelings. These are selfish, ignorant, stubborn assholes who would rather die surrounded by machines and strangers than look out for their own miserable lives and the lives of the people around them.
