The chances of winning by the same margin we did last time are just not there this time. I also don't think you know what "likely" means. Would love to win there, but not counting on it.

Which means better than 50%.

Even Dr Wang, who's as optimistic about Obama's chances as anyone says NC leans Rmoney.

He's an Obama campaign staffer - guy you get 'thank you' email from when you donate, if that means anything.

10. About Project America

Oct 2012

Project New America (PNA) is a private company that provides candidates, advocacy organizations, and civic engagement stakeholders the tools and strategies to understand and communicate with a rapidly changing America.

PNA develops, conducts, aggregates, and disseminates research, messaging, and strategic guidance, empowering progressives to coalesce around a shared, strategic body of research, targeting and message design. We’re not a traditional polling firm, though we do employ them as part of our methodology. And while we’re also not typical campaign consultants, our data and analyses come with actionable issue-specific recommendations for our clients.

Honestly have no idea which way NC will go. But good polls are fun! And it helps balances out the Rasmussen.

There were 5 people registering first time voters
There were 3 people checking names and
addresses of those of us who were registered...
Seven Voting Machines

All seats and machines were full when I
got there ..the wait around 10 minutes and many coming
into the polls from the parking area at the county offices..
All seats full of new people with several waiting,
when I left.
This was around 2:30 PM ET
