It is impossible to know who is unvaccinated....but vocal anti vaxxers can be sued under this law by any Texas Resident.

that literally thousands of people could file suits against one of these guys in every single county in the state....and they would have to appear in court. And I mean in every single county against the same guy.
Even if the anti-vaxxer wins the case or has it dismissed, it will be very expensive. And the law does not allow defendants to collect attorney's fees from the plaintiff.
