when Republicans were all screeching and yowling about the danger of activist judges who legislate from the bench. Every campaign event, every debate, every broadcast interview, they were all howling about it. Maybe we need to be dredging up some of those video records to remind them. If you know how to do such a search, please consider doing so while the rest of us try to figure it out.
