5. On Bob Costas new show...

... they talked about his role model commercial from the early 90s.

He said he did it because he was concerned because he noticed a lot of black kids think they can only make it in sports. To paraphrase what he said millions of kids will try and less than 1% will, and they don't think they can be doctors, lawyers, teachers etc and he wanted them to think beyond sports.
