Plan B is available OTC, the other is not. Most states make you jump through many hoops to get the actual abortion pill, and pharmacists can’t dispense it, but you must go to a clinic and deal with the waiting periods, protesters and all that other happy horseshit. There will never be one case actually brought. The Repugs know actually bringing a case would allow this law to be challenged on 1000 different levels and exposed and destroyed in court. And cross suits would fly back at the 'private citizen' who brought the case with federal civil rights violations that no Texas judge can shield them from.

This is a massive scare tactic and it is working.
