could deserve reporting for their actions vis-a-vis TX abortions.

It'd be a shame if they all were reported over and over and over again, but better safe than sorry.

they accuse might have to spend? If so then what would happen if a few hundred lawsuits were filed against each Republican politician in the state of Texas? They have to answer the lawsuit so that will drain their money because if they fail to respond the person filing it can get a summary judgement and win.
Either way the politician would be out either lawyer fees or $10.000 dollars assuming of course I am not mistaken over what the law says.
