Lessons Learned

For decades - and most notably during the Trump years - we of sound mind have suspected that Republican voters are unintelligent, mouth-breathing knuckle-draggers who would believe any lie no matter how ridiculous, who would support any grifter no matter how obvious the scam, who would abandon their religious beliefs in order to fund money-grubbing hypocrites - and would ultimately consume pharmaceuticals meant for livestock rather than take a vaccine proven to protect themselves from a fatal disease.

What we didn't know is that they would literally kill themselves in order to prove we were right about them all along.

RIP those who put their faith in the GOP. The only people who will mourn your loss are those who are about to join you at the local cemetery.

As for the rest of us, I can assure you that you will not be missed.

But at least you can go to your graves believing that by doing so, you owned the libs. That'll learn 'em.

If they’re wrong about that, their “ownership” of the libs will have been too short for title to have passed to them.

4. Abject cruelty of the Trump RW cult: at least Jim Jones was "kind" enough to pass the koolaid...

to send them on their way quickly. Trump et al love to watch the long-suffering. And suffocation with lungs so scarred that they can't even be artificially ventilated or flooded lungs when all organs fail is a truly horrendous death.

I think their sadism is enhanced by knowing how much psychic damage is being done to those trying to help these people--and it is.
