will pass. The bipartisan one has already cleared the Senate and the Speaker will let it through once Manchin and Sinema get their required amount of attention by saying they won't go along with the large 3.5T bill (that translates to several, big infrastructure projects promised with thousands of good jobs for their states, and maybe a slight reduction to 3.4 or 3.3T for the reconciliation bill).

Once those two attention whores get schmoozed enough, Dems will get it done.

It's put before the floor for a vote....all the rest is noise. And let's remember that this is a Dem v Dem issue, there won't be one Republican vote, so it's as you say, schmooze them and get on with it.
