(52,129 posts)Texas is 15th over all and third worst among states with more than 4 CD. Michigan and Colorado are worse. The other 12 states with worse rates are small states where a few rapes can make a decent difference in the rate meaning they may well not be as bad as Texas in most years. In short, TX has nothing to brag about in this regard.
