The Era of Personal Responsibility doesn't seem to be working well for Republicans.

Let's just lay it out the way it is. Selfishness and personal greed is behind the Republican's failure to use government to improve the lives of those in need. More to the point, they favor redirecting resources from the general public, to their more tribal pockets of society. And to do this, we often hear talk about personal responsibility. It's part of the blame the victim method. You blame people for their impoverished lot in order to justify ignoring their needs.

So, here we are today. What happened to personal responsibility when it comes to getting a vaccine? No question that Republicans are losing numbers higher than any other group because they refuse to vaccinate. Their numbers will be so depleted in a few months, that elections will not be as close as they need it to be to claim the steal.

And personal responsibility seems to have knocked the wind out of their attempt to blame Biden for everything that went wrong in Afghanistan. Because people were warned and requested to leave on their own months before the final evacuation. They are the ones who put the mission in danger.

Personal Responsibility is a two edged sword.

Of the 23 Republican controlled states, none of them out perform other states in any demographic or economic statistic. In many cases these states are the bottom of the barrel, except for lies, propaganda and misinformation. Republicans are always the best at bull shit.

I think over the decades their blatant hypocrisy is what infuriates me the most. Their self-righteous arrogance that they're better than everyone else, because of their God and their skin color, even as they embrace the worst attributes of being human.

Seen on FB: There should be an episode of "Undercover Boss" with Jesus visiting some evangelical churches.
