But without standing and demosterable personal harm, you'll get tossed out quickly.

This new method of creating standing through statute will be interesting. Personally I think it will get struck down by the SCOTUS, but only after they overturn Roe v. Wade completely. But in the meantime it could be used creatively on things like gun sales.
