The first is "Yes / No" question as to whether to recall Governor Newsom. Polls are saying this is likely to be "No".

The second is a who should replace Governor Newsom if he is recalled. Elder may well win this one, but its results are moot if "No" wins the first election. If that expect outcome occurs, it doesn't qualify as a steal.
