My mother may get kicked out of her apartment...

Co-op in Bronxville. Electrical panel was damaged by Ida flooding. Electrician can’’t find repair parts. If indoor lighting can’t be restored, City may require the building to be vacated.

Recovery from hurricanes is a pain in the ass. Hope they're able to find some way to engineer a solution for your mom's building.
