This week features a one-on-one, in-person interview with Rep. Barbara Lee, Democratic Congresswoman representing California's 13th district.
This week's in-studio panel discussion will include Christina Bellantoni, Director of the Media Center at USC Annenberg's School for Communication and Journalism and a contributing editor with The 19th News, an independent nonprofit newsroom reporting on gender, politics and policy; and George F. Will, Washington Post columnist and author of the new book, American Happiness and Discontents: The Unruly Torrent, 2008-2020.

I watch and find the discussions with guests moderately informative and usually somewhat entertaining.

(205,237 posts)I'd love to see him perform live, but he doesn't seem to come to my part of the country (New York), I guess he prefers better weather, LOL. But I am planning to see Al Franken in November when he comes to the Northeast on his national tour! He should be terrific!

I loved his radio show before he became a Senator too.

(205,237 posts)I've been regularly posting his podcasts, and I've also included the link to his live appearance schedule - when it finally dawned on me to take a look, and he's appearing in Albany, just an hour south of where I am now. He really is appearing across the country!
