12. The North Carolina DHHS already provides the test kits for at home use free of cost.

All you have to do is contact them and the test will be sent to you. This is per Dr. Mandy Cohen at the presser by the governor today.

I'm visiting family in England. You can walk into any pharmacy and pick up a box with seven antigen tests for free, no questions asked. You can also fill out an online request and have them delivered free in one or two days.
Test results in fifteen minutes.

P. S. they encourage you to take the tests twice a week and post the results to their website so they can determine where outbreaks are occurring.
