Arrest Covid 19 Spreaders

If you have been exposed, and are not properly protecting the people around you, I say you should be arrested.

If you want to go to the woods and not get vaccinated, fine.

If you knowingly do not protect others after being informed you may have been exposed, it is attempted murder in my book.

4. I have given it some thought - proving someone was the person who

transmitted the disease may be difficult.
But in cases like that one in Lincoln Nebr the other day, it may be possible. She should be charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm at a minimum.

In the AIDS case where a sexual act was usually involved, proof would be easier

Giuliani wanted him charged with attempted murder or worse. I guess Rudy doesn't care about spreading a deadly virus when him and and his buddies are the ones spreading it.

If someone who is unvaccinated is running around coughing on everyone, would stand your ground be a valid defense for pounding them?
