Employment programs or activities generally considered to be appropriate for Alternative Service work include:
Health care services, including but not limited to hospitals, nursing homes, extended care facilities, clinics, mental health programs, hospices, community outreach programs, and hotlines.
These were alternative options for objectors of going to war. Lets use the same alternative options for those vaccine objectors of today.
I think during the 60s and 70s, only those that objected to ALL wars were given exemptions. Could we require this to todays objectors. That is they must prove they object to all vaccines?
From that time in history...
A person who is granted an exemption Conscientious Objector to all military service shall participate in civilian work contributing to the maintenance of the national health, safety, or interest of the United States.
Alternative Service Worker (ASW), from the past.
Health care services, including but not limited to hospitals, nursing homes, extended care facilities, clinics, mental health programs, hospices, community outreach programs, and hotlines.
I would think this could apply and those resistors of today could be required to work in hospitals, nursing homes, extended care facilities, clinics, mental health programs, hospices.
We could and so could employers, weed out those are not serious about their religious exemptions.
