Howard Stern hits the bullseye

Last edited Sat Sep 11, 2021, 08:58 AM - Edit history (1)

Howard Stern rips people 'clogging up hospitals' who won't get COVID-19 vaccine: 'F*** them'

This may sound harsh, but I've had it with the lot of them.

The question is why should these anti-vaxxers be placed ahead of anyone when it comes to health care?!? I think if someone needs a hangnail removed versus some idiot struggling to breathe who has refused to be vaccinated, the hangnail should come first!

There should be a national data base that has record of those of us who have done the responsible thing and if we contract COVID (or any other malady) and require hospitalization we get to pass GO and are admitted; but for those who are eligible and have not received the shot, sorry go home and deal with it. You made the choice now you suffer the consequences.

Just like with a petulant child, there should be consequences for bad behavior!

I like that- catchy and a spot-on description of the behavior of TFG and his numb nutz followers.

Howard Stern has said and done some reprehensible things in the past but he has also taken stances on important issues that I am 100% in agreement with and this is one of them.

13. We can hope, I think it's amplified so much

There tantrums by adult age people get amplified via social and you think it's happening everywhere and I'm sure that encourages more adult babies to act out.

Enough of their shit, already. We've put up with it FAR too long.

5. I agree. Give them one month's notice that they will no longer be treated at major hospitals

if the get Covid while unvaccinated and then cut them off.

Then set up one small Covid clinic in just a few states around the country, and make them have to travel to a different state to get treatment, just like what Texas is currently forcing women with unwanted pregnancies to do now.

On second thought, we don't want them traveling, either. Just cut them off.

7. I totally agree, but when someone comes to the ER not being able to breath they get attention pretty

fast. I guess the solution is after determining they aren’t vaccinated they ought to be issued whatever is available and sent home. Not checked in. But I doubt the doctors could or would do that.

9. And the problem is the anti-vaxxers know this.

And in their selfish, spoiled, lib-hating minds they think they are entitled to be at the front of the line for treatment for something they could have easily prevented by getting vaccinated. That and practicing social distancing and wearing a mask when necessary or required.

He's an excellent interviewer (IMHO).

I totally didn't listen to him back in the day when he was on the radio - Mark and Brian were definitely my go to.

I appreciate Howard's current input....

11. The messaging about anti-vaxxers should be about variants, variants, variants.

Simple and brutal messaging works in politics and public health. The narrative for the anti-vaxxers should be "those not vaccinated allow the virus to change into more deadly forms that one day may be able to kill the vaccinated".

Very clear and to the point message....those not vaccinated may kill those that did get the shot. Make these anti-vaxxers go from claiming personal freedom to being labeled potential killers.

12. Admit them - TO THE PSYCH WARD!

Fear of masks, fear of the vaccine is a clear sign they're crazy.

And I say this only half tongue-in-cheek.

Call them cultists, evil people or whatever, but they are a public health threat. And the behavior is getting worse, with acts of terrorism and other dangerous behaviors, including...

- Hate crimes
- Assault & battery
- Threats & intimidation
- Destruction of property
- Murder
- Pipe bombs
- Carrying explosives in trucks/vans
- Sending anthrax to journalists and media outlets
- Insurrection

We must address the 800lb gorilla in the room. This is a bigger, more threatening disease than COVID - and something must be done now, because one day we are going to wake up and find ourselves in another 9/11, 1/6, or worse - the FBI has said as much.

Had a friend tell me recently that her husband has natural immunities to Covid so he doesn’t need to be vaccinated. I don’t even know what that means. He had to go to the ER for something else and they did Covid test I am sure. The only thing I can figure is he had Covid earlier in the year and didn’t know it and has antibodies, not natural immunity.
