Maybe throw in separate but equal public accommodations laws for good measure. After all its tyranny to be force to businesses to serve people that you just dont like. And what about schools? Make see if the court will overturn Brown vs Board of Education? They just might.

That will take a little time, to close all those loopholes victims would "exploit" to keep them from "ending rape".

Don't count victims of various disasters and pandemics and those crises go away. Narrowly define crimes and they are dealt with. Success by definition would seem to completely be TX's MO at the moment.
What are these guys? Insurance salesmen?
