His latest tirade is a rant about Biden "starting a vaccine war on 80 million Americans. Justify it with dubious claims and add more intrusions. Then shuffle off thinking you just distracted us from the hostages and stranded Americans in Afghanustan, the dishonorable withdrawal and other Biden made crises. People don't trust government and politicians for a reason."
Facebook managers posted a reminder after his rant of where people can go to get information about the vaccine. So that algorithm worked.
My guess is that this is a gentle reminder. Does anybody know how you get out of Facebook jail?

(63,912 posts)neighbor you want to have -- always helpful and every week he or his wife or one of their kids takes our garbage and recycling bins down to the curb for pickup. They always tell us "please call us if you need help with anything!" and they really mean it. Several years ago they lost a baby born just too early to survive. They started a fund in her name and I've started giving to it every Christmas. I got the kindest note back from his wife. She always bakes gingerbread for us at Christmas.
She's not a problem; it's him.
He also was on a rant that the last election was rigged by the Dems because he "saw" it with his own eyes (on one of those vidiotapes that claimed the election was rigged).
your time with pride. Then leave FB for good. I did
two days, then one week and then thirty days. You
cannot say anything bad about Right wingers..At first
I kind of missed it. Now not at all.

(6,794 posts)I live in the middle of two countys, Placer and El Dorado, that are predominantly peopled by folks like your neighbor. Yet, I like them. They are helpful, they know how to fix things, and if I was in trouble they would come to my aid. I decided they are just cranky souls who believe they answer to no one. Sigh! In spite of all their rants and raves there is something intrinsically good about them.

(63,912 posts)of votes. Not one word about Trump when he was in.
To me, his biggest failing was with the issue of Biden's son, his military service, his cause of death. He thinks he was a big phony and Pres. Biden got away with a lie about Beau's service and whether it had something to do with Beau illness. That's just awful.

(63,912 posts)It's just not my thing, like DU is. But I go on to see what our neighbor is up to. He never discusses it with us, but we are not terribly friendly.
