That privilege is reserved for former high-ranking government officials, legislators, and SCOTUS justices. I don't know about funeral or burial services, whether they would be attended by everyone. I think it would depend on when & where they were held (probably not Washington DC), and whether Covid protocols are required.

Peeing on Chump's grave will be mandatory for all former Presidents however.
