(17,884 posts)I've often wondered why chiropractors aren't lumped in with the rest of snake oil medicine. Money and a strong lobby? Fine print maybe like other alternative "cures."

(50,533 posts)I would assume Florida schools have an MD they call in for various purposes. If they can ask for a second opinion, the answer to this crap is to require anyone submitting a note written by a doctor of chiropractic to submit their kid to a second exam by an MD. Since it's pretty obvious these DCs are just selling their signatures, few to none of their notes would be justifiable.
