I’m paraphrasing, fake Wolforwitz (sp?) “if we have no universal health care, crumbling infrastructure at home, at least we had a nice war. No matter that it has been a complete failure for 20 years, going back to my administration”.

The only words the interviewer can get in is “uh ha, uh ha”.

The fact that he fell for it twice is icing on the cake.
