Predicting recessions, stock market crashes, the price of bitcoin this time next year....learned long ago trying to predict financial happenings is impossible. Nothing would surprise me, from a recession to a total boom year as people spend, spend, spend once Covid finally recedes and everyone just is bursting to live life again. Throw in the possible infrastructure spending and continuing the child tax credit....we could have a huge economic boom for several years. Who knows.

After 9/11 happened, Democrats helped temporarily boost Dumbya's approval numbers to over 90%, for the sake of coming together and pursuing justice.

Meanwhile, Republicans quickly shifted focus to a "blame game" against Democrats and liberals despite the obvious fact that the attacks happened under Dumbya's watch. And most Democrats weren't even mentioning it, except finally as a reaction to the right-wing propaganda.

The GOP cares much more about power than the general welfare of this country.
