I have a half sister who is anti vaccine, her daughter also, and the two grandkids have not been vaccinated for anything. Waiting for the proverbial shit to hit the fan one day.

As of last week, less than 500 children under the age of 18 have died from Covid during the pandemic. The vast majority had a co morbidity.
So to say it’s negligent homicide is a bit of a stretch.
I agree getting children vaccinated is the best idea, however, I think melodrama is a bit of a stretch, and it won’t achieve what you want.
It will slow the spread, but that’s not the argument you are making.
