Is the J&J vaccine no longer available?

I finally convinced someone who was vaccine-hesitant to get the J&J shot, but now I can't find it anywhere within a 50 mile radius. She's concerned about the mRNA vaccines and is only willing to get that one, but suddenly it doesn't seem to be available anywhere. Has it been paused again, or are places just not doing it anymore because the other two are more popular? Grrr!

3. I used my state's vaccine finder

But all of the places that it says have J&J don't seem to have it when you actually go to book the appointment. I suppose I could try calling the health department though.

4. I tried that

It said it can't find any providers in my area who have the J&J vaccine. And on another search tool, all the places it said had the J&J vaccine didn't seem to actually have it when I tried to book the appointment.

5. check with Rite Aid pharmacy if any in the area.

Rite Aid was administering only J&J.
